Help Identifying Kami Marks

I will try to upload some pictures when someone who is more computer literate comes my way but for now I'll do my best to describe them. If anyone could offer me some light on the matter I would be most appreciative.

1) To me the first one looks like the carnivore plant from little shop of horrors is wearing a little hat. Perhaps the lotus flower although it was advetised as a Bura Blade. A curved line comes up curves 90deg to the left and ends at an object that looks like a heart turned on its side with the point opened up and flared out like, well like a flower.

2) The second one looks like a lit match. Just a vertical line with a simple flame like shape on top of it, like a teardrop I guess. This one does not have the HI sun mark on it.

3) What if the blade has no marks at all? Is it probably a counterfeit or is it possible that back at shop #1 some were done without any marks? Is it possible that the flower like object could have been a mark of Bura at some point in time?

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Oh, and I did try to reasearch on my own but could find no images of either of these marks or anything refencing Bura using anything but the moon or anyone using a flame or any no marks at all blades.

Wait!!! I think the carnivore flower plant flared open heart sign may be Rajendra. I dont know of Rajendra, any feedback?

I still got nothing on the "flame" or "matchstick" looking one.

Bura has always used a moon. There is a kami Id guide in the stickies on top of the forum.

Yeah I looked at all of that first. Still didn't see the "lit matchstick symbol" as I am calling it. I still don't know what to take of a blade with no marks at all either.

In order to properly answer you, we will need to have pictures.
Use a photobucket or similar account and read their tutorials. That should get you going.

After some research, I believe that the matchstick symbol is kami Yuvraj, who was a younger brother to Sher. His symbol was described as a "torch" or a "carrot"

Hey Karda, here are the 3 knives in question. One has no marks at all, one has a torch mark but no HI sun mark and the third has the carnivore plant looking job that I think is Rajendra but his and one of Bura's (I think later era's) sets of initials are very similar. Thanks very much for any help you can offer me. Can't wait for the katana raffle results. I got a shipment of 6 dotd showing up today and I am on pins and needles. Take care.

I would love to help you dan, but i don't like to waste time speculating on descriptions.
As stated, if you provide a picture of the actual marks you want identified in this thread I'd be more than happy to do some research for you.

Katana raffle winner has been posted.

If you look in the Yvsa Memorial Update thread there is a Cherokee Rose by Tirtha with the flower mark.
