Help identifying knife maker

I just bought a knife for my nephew and was hoping someone could help me identify the maker.

It’s a fixed blade 8.5” hunting knife with a 3.75” blade and the sheath has a bear on one side and ‘handcrafted CB9454’ with what looks like a mallet. The blade handle is deer horn down to a pinkish stone with a brass guard.
The only markings on the blade is CB9454, hand etched.
