Help identifying knife / tool?

Any one have any idea what this is? 6.5" knife the blade with serrated tip fitted into a wood handle. The handle has a female thread in the end. Heat / burn marks on blade; line cutter;

is it a knife or some type of tool?

Looks like a knife with a bottle opener. Early Emerson?
 
I think it’s a camp knife. Thinking that what you see as serrations used to be fork tines? Knife, fork, pot lifter and bottle opener.

Or maybe a crude cheese knife.

That style handle is very common on older pipe wrenches. I have seen it on draw knives as well, but less commonly.
