Help Identifying Knife

Handmade Russian / Eastern European knife. These were first brought into the country as "Russian Prison Switchblades" in the early 90's, there's some truth to that, but a lot were just made by decently skilled tinkerers also. They're a bit collectible.
 
Thanks so much! I appreciate it. I got the knife from my grandfather. He traveled to the UK back in the early 90s. The story he told me was a young boy came up to him and really liked his wrist watch. The boy traded this knife for the watch.
