Help Identifying Lock-Back Folder

From a current Ebay auction--the trailing point in the middle. The knife is marked JSA on one side, and what looks like a date stamp on the other (something like 4-5-81). Any thoughts?

Kind of looks like an older Pakistan made knife, maybe a kit knife?
The date looks to the cold stamped, one number at a time, probably by a previous owner.
The tang stamp says USA I think....

I’m not familiar with it but I think it’s Japanese and not Pakistan. Then again I’m a country bumpkin that thinks the LB7 is where it’s at.
