If memory serves Maniago Italy is where most of the Italian knives are made, like Thiers France and Solingen Germany, and Seki City Japan. A quick google search came up with this. http://www.consorziocoltellinai.it/fast/k/en/eur/custom/members/default.html
consorzio coltellinai seems to be a consortium of knife makers in that area. My educated guess would be FOX Cutlery made it, going by the tacticool design and n690 steel but honestly I have no clue. Other makers use n690 and would probably gladly fill a custom order.

Hello, this is my first post here, while the picture has already been removed I am quite familiar with the knife in question. I worked as a factory rep for Point Blank for 4 years, and yes, we did commission Fox Knives to build a limited run of fixed and folding knives for us, 150 each folding and folding, clip point and tanto blades. I have fixed blade versions of each as well as 2 each of the tanto and clip point folders.
