Gentlemen, hope everybody are healthy and staying safe !
Some time ago my wife brought home this small, inexpensive Japanese ( according to the stamp) kitchen knife.
Didn't pay much attention to it till I had to sharpen it - the steel is really well heat treated, sharpening it with my WE diamonds, my feeling is that it is well above the 61 HRC mark...
I'm really curious if someone can identify the maker, or at least give me some idea about the knife. I like it a lot and would like to look for more products of this line but have no idea about the company that's manufacturing those.
