Help identifying this axe

I recently found a rusty axe head out with some other tools in a box. I cleaned it up, only to find it had no markings other than "3 1/2 lb". I was hoping someone could help me out with identifying this axe.

I can now, too. Either something was up on my end (though I don't think so) or they were added before the window to have a post not display an "edited" tag closed.

Is there a particular time period this would have been made in? Being that it has no marks and what not.

Looks like a Mann edge era Collins commander , and would be from either the 70's or 80's.
Someone will be able to tell you for sure.

It's similar to a Commander, but the weight stamp is out of place. Also, I've seen Chinese heads in that style as well. That's my guess. Looks like it cleaned up nice, should be a fine tool.
