Help Identifying This Fixed Blade?

It looks like a kit knife (homemade from a kit). I had one when I was a teen back in the late 80's (skinner model), my friend had one as well ("Arkansas" toothpick), his came with a wooden scabbard.

I'm guessing the one in your pics is a "model 5" in the company's knife kit line.

Philippines, circa 1970's - onward. They were / are decent knives meant for sale to Americans and other tourists. In the 90's, a Philippine company called Vaciacraft offered similar through a US based importer named Catoctin Cutlery out of Maryland. They used to advertise in "Fighting Knives" magazine quite a bit, front or back inside cover.
