Help Identifying Vintage Spyderco Knife

I am looking to see if anyone can identify this knife. I’ve had it since probably 1995 to 1998, but could be older. I’ve looked all over but cannot find it online anywhere. just wondering if anyone had seen it before and identify when it came out, rarity, style, etc. thanks

That is a CoPilot Serene (Bone), designed to be taken on flights, pre-9/11 of course. The scales are by Barry Haines of Serene and are OEM, not custom. I believe it came out in 1995. They are rare but not particularly valuable.
