So i was metal detecting in a big timber area was tinbered 1700s 1800s and early 1900s. I found and axe head id love identifying. There is a box around the name. How do i upload a photo from my gallery on here?

You have to use an image hosting site such as postimg to post pics on here. Just spitballing, a box around the name usually means Collins or Plumb. Collins will usually have the stamp up by the poll, Plumb with have it on the bit.

You have to use an image hosting site to put up a picture. I use postimg.com because (when I joined) it was free and there was no commitment or "price".

I have it soaking in evaporust and its cleaning it up but i have a feeling the name will be to pitted to really make out

That looks like part of a letter to me. Just speculating, based off of the currently visible stamp style and the look of the rust (don't laugh, I've seen more rust over 3 years than most will in many lifetimes) I'm gonna say that's a pre-1900, hand forged axe with a wrought iron body and an inserted/overlaid bit.
