Help ID'ing Hawk

I need some help form the hawk experts. I recently traded for this hawk and was told that it is an American Tomahawk Co. Tactical hawk. It appears that the head has had the coating wire brushed off and it has a plain black nylon handle with no identifiable brand marking on it. Any ideas?
