Gentlemen,
New here, so please forgive me if this is not appropriate area to ask these kinds of questions. Came across this image while looking at HAK knives and was interested to find out what knife it was:

I was seriously considering HAK, but their lack of customer service (no answer to five emails) combined with the custom nature of the knife makes me very uneasy going this route. The little guy above, however, looked like it could be a good HAK alternative, especially that Spyderco's Swick is not available anymore.
Thanks in advance!

Emerson La Griffe

EDIT: I've heard that the Swick is not listed online anymore, but if you call Golden, they have a couple still left for you to buy.

Wow, you guys are phenomenal, this was really fast! What are the thoughts on this knife? I intend to carry it with me as an self-defense's last resort kind of knife, similar function to what HAK would serve.
Thanks again!

Thanks a million, harkamus, looks like a very nice knife indeed.
Anyone knows if it comes with sheath or not?

Thanks guys! I'm going to go try and find one that's in stock, so far all the places I've looked were backordered for quite some time.

P.S. If anyone has one for sale or knows of a place where it's available in stock, please PM me. So far my search has returned nothing.

Emerson LaGriffe's a sometimes difficult to find. They make them in batches like all Emersons and when they are gone you have to wait until the next batch is ready. There are other LaGriffe style blades for sale elsewhere as well. Do an internet search for Fred Perrin Concept knives.

Does anyone have any input on Emerson LaGriffe vs. Perrin Concept La Griffe? Both look very similar, granted that Emerson is licensed/copied from Perrin's original, both are about $100, give or take. Any comments on quality differences between the two?
