Help in locating a knife

Hi. I have a Cooper Fancy Dagger. There were only two made. I'm trying to locate the other one. My Cooper was made for a fire chief in California. If anyone can help me locate it, I would appreciate it.

Could you maybe enlarge your pic a little bit?
It's so small it just looks like a little red X to me!
