Help: Is there an easy way to transfer money on the internet?

Okay, I just looked at Western Union,
but they are expensive!!!
Are there any other reletively inexpensive services that will allow me to send me with a credit card for less.
I looked at BidPay, but they only seem to allow you to send money if you've won an auction. (Is that true)

Paypal is owned and operated by EBay. You may want to take a look at them.

the start of this whole thing is because the seller doesn't want to use Paypal.
