Help Joining Facebook Group

Hey guys,

Need your help.

I've resisted joining Facebook, and Myspace before it, for over 20 years but I finally caved yesterday because of my knife obsession and so I could join the CRK and Pena custom groups/exchanges (and likely a few others).

However, as a new user my account looks highly suspect and I am not getting accepted into any groups (boo hoo haha).

Would anyone please help me join the Chris Reeve Knives Exchange? I have a few nice CRKs, some of which I would like to sell, and I'm always game for trading and buying as well as budget permits (and sometimes when it doesn't).

Would also love to join the Pena customs group if anyone has a hookup there.

Where else is good for knife people on Facebook? I know absolutely nothing about Facebook.

I can't offer much assistance, as I abandoned Facebook several years ago (and pretty much hated it the whole time I was there).
Shouldn't be that difficult to get in, though you might have to show some relevant activity. Like/follow some knife related content, post some knife images. Participate in some "open" knife groups.

I did and was denied. Everyone is denying me because I'm a brand new user and probably think it's a scam. That's why I started this thread to see if someone can help get me approved. Sorry if that wasn't clear above.

Maybe someone here could post my name in the group and ask a mod to approve went I request to join again.
 
CRK exchange is set up to automatically decline any member requests with an account newer than 12 months,
I don’t think it even shows up as a request for an admin to review. How long have you been a member here and do you have any dealings or other pages with positive feedback for reference?
 
Thanks. Interesting about the auto-denial, that's unfortunate.

I haven't been a member here that long but have around 60 sales/trades/buys all with excellent feedback. I'm really particular about my knives and as such overly describe in detail every single possible flaw when selling. Sadly, I've seen people omit blade play, centering, locking and cosmetic issues fairly regularly. And, people are way too generous with "LNIB".

Sorry, mini rant there, but I strive to be a good community member here and elsewhere.
 
10-04, I’m an admin over there and have been trying to figure out how to add you, I’ll turn off the admin assist feature. Go ahead and resubmit a request (and answer the questions) and I’ll make sure you get approved based off eve feedback here from transactions.

Is there a Pena knives exchange?

And a general knives exchange? I don't think I've found the right one yet.
