can any body out there help me with any knife fighting drills. i.e what to do.

Look for a knife instructor around your area. Check out if what they offer is for you. That would be my advice.

If you can't find an instructor in your area the next best thing is to get some videos. I would highly recommend the knife videos by Hock Hochheim http://www.hockscqc.com
