Help locate knife maker

It would be greatly appreciated if any one out there can help me locate a maker in the Texas, Arkansas area. His trade make is a scallop on the top strap and the initials ITKW.
 
You would probably have more luck if you were to post this thread in the forum that is four forums below this one: the Bernard Levine forum.

Identification of knives is the forte of that forum.. Walt

Walt is correct (nothing new there).
I tried to find a maker in my books last night that uses that mark and had no luck.
Bernard Levin would be the best source, but you will never know maybe someone who hangs around here will know.

I also tried to look for a maker with the initials IT thinking that the KW stood for knife works.
