Help locating a particular knife

Another post got me thinking about a knife I saw maybe a year ago. It was shaped like a pen (not a "pen knife") and the thin blade rotated out in combo with the rest of the knife, sort of like a Balisong. If I remember correctly, the blade was somewhat of sheepsfoot profile. In your pocket it looked exactly like a pen. It was a modern company producing these, not an antique knife. The pen itself was stainless. That's all I can remember about it. Sorry, I know that's not much to go on, but in this BF crowd someone's got to remember what I'm talking about?? Any ideas?
