Help! LocTite vs G-10

I could use some advice on getting LocTite off of my scale's pivot recess (see pic). Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure that's true. Doesn't acetone soften the G-10 until it dries/evaporates, whereupon the G-10 solidifies again?

No Acetone does not soften g10 whatsoever and it evaporates almost immediately. It will work perfect in this application.
