I'm looking to get a chef's knife with a custom handle. Only requirement is that it needs to have two numbers on it (7 and 10). I want to give this to a friend who is getting married and has been practicing their cooking for years upon years now, and is getting quite good at it. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
