Help looking for rare Spyderco Kitchen

It is called the Collath.
5.5 inch rectangular blade.
It was a Kosher chicken knife made about 10 years ago.
Can anyone help me find one?

I am looking for two of the plain edge.
I purchased two of these knives years ago gave the plain edge version to my sister and kept the serrated version for myself. Over the years the knife I gave my sister became her favorite kitchen knife of all time. I am trying to find her a replacement for Christmas.
