Help me at the store...my order wont go through

I have a GW but when I try to pay I get the following message

Merchant Error. Please use a valid Transaction Type (A, D, or S).

and

Merchant Identification Error. Login is required.

Does anyone know what to do. I don't want to lose my first GW.

Ok, I had to use my PayPal account. I now have my first Warden. I just need to find someone to trade me an orange for my black.
