Help me choose an EDC blade

I am looking for a new EDC, but i am having some trouble finding something for me. Here are the requirements:
1) under a 3 inch blade (legal purposes)
2) around $100
3) g10 handle
4) Blade steel better than AUS-8

Any input is appreciated. Thanks all
 
Take a look at the sage series from spyderco. 4 different choices of handle material, 3 inch s30v steel. They are really nice.
 
I agree with Ridley. The Sage 1 with Carbon Fiber is still my favorite. You could also look at the Benchmade Mini Bone Collector BM15030
