I've been oogling two peanuts lately, but I can't really justify buying both, so maybe you could help me choose. The ones I'm looking at are the Case burnt amber bone with raindrop damascus peanut and the Schatt and Morgan series XIV mother-of-pearl reversed peanut. Which would you choose, and why? Which is of the highest quality?

Case. Don't have to think about it.

A peanut is part pocket knife, and part pocket jewlery. I can't think of a nicer piece of pocket jewlery than a peanut with a rain drop damascus blade. To me, a damasucs peanut is the ultimate pocket jewel.

I have the Case Damascus peanut. You can't possibly go wrong with it.

CASE Damascus with Amber is an aesthetic marvel!

Not at all keen on MOP myself but that's only personal choice.

As for the Rough Rider...got one in green gunstock bone and it's GOOD a jolly little knife that can keep its more expensive CASE cousin company as a doer of dirty-jobs........

Alright, you have me convinced. I just ordered the Case. It will be my first ever damascus blade
