Greetings knifers!
I am looking to get a new knife.

For reference i own a Spyderco Para3 Lightweight.
I want something larger this time, and with different blade shape (The Para 3 blade shape is really weird and almost no straight edge).

My requirements:

* Budget max about 120 euro. Also looking into used knives for this price.
* I live in Europe so do not recommend knives that are not sold or are hard and expensive to import here.
* Actual cutting edge length more than 82 mm, ideally more than 85 mm (3.35 inch).
* Weight no more than 120 g, ideally less than 100 g (3.5 oz).
* As much blade length for the weight as possible, lightweight handle, but not too much flimsiness ( no Benchmade Bugout...).
* Blade steel D2 or higher value/quality.
* Blade shape in order of preference: spear point/dagger, tanto, clip point, drop point and then all other variations. No sheepfoots,wharnclifs,recurves,or weird shapes.
* Piercing performance super important hence spear point preference.
* Slicing performance somewhat important but less. I do not need large bellys, maybe a slight belly. Also not very wide blades.
* Thin blade stock relatively.
* Has to be strong enough for light batoning. I do not want a buschcraft knife however, the only two bushcraft tasks it will do will be wood shaving and light batoning. I will be careful with it.
* No linerlocks!
* Would prefer no frame locks, unless it is very good value.
* Would prefer cross bar locks, axis locks or other strong locks like button locks.
* Fidget factor is nice to have. Quick smooth opening is essential, closure not as much essential. Ball bearings prefered.
* Deep pocket clip (its hidden entirely in pocket or max 1 cm exposed).

So far, in my searh i have come up with these knives that fit the above (admitedly large...) bill:
1. Kershaw Iridium. Currently my first choice,its good allrounder. Would prefer micarta to alu scales but ok.
2. SRM 9201. Cheap and effective. Blade shape not as lovely as Iridium. Not as great finish overall, but will easily do all the bushcraft tasks.
3. Real steel G frame Ostap Hel. This one is long and light. But only for light duty.

Thanks!!

Button locks aren’t strong…
But a PM2 Tanto fits most of your criteria. They don’t come in stock all that often however, maybe keep an eye out on the exchange

Spyderco Stretch 2 XL, Pacific salt 2, Endela or Endura is almost there except they will need an aftermarket pocket clip.

found it - bestech ronan for about $60 - with 14c28n - much better than d2 imho

Civivi do a weird one. Hold on.

This massive sort of tanto/spear monstrosity.

Should be right up your alley.

Used Benchmade 940?
No sheepsfoots. Plus expensive

The Stretch 2 XL is the only one i like, but a bit expensive.

Only 82 mm edge plus heavy.
Kizer Begleiter 2 button lock perhaps?
I will add to potential options, but its a bit heavier than Iridium plus cross bar lock is better than button lock.
The knife that you can easily find in Europe and meets these criteria is a cold steel.
I have looked into Air Lite tanto, but its slicing performance is not good at all. Its very thick blade. And no deep pocket clip.

Super heavy.

Money not being a factor, the BM Bailout is the ultimate knife for me. But aluminum scale version which gives the necessary strength is far far out of budget even used.

Another new one which looks great on paper is the Real Steel Perix. But its untested yet.
I will wait for that one, or get an Iridium, i think.

Forgot to add that for any folder, if you are going to baton with it first unlock the blade to avoid damaging the locking mechanism

That's a hell of a long list of requirements. Gona be hard considering most of us have no idea what's readily available over there or the price to import things that way. I like the first response suggesting a knife that over here is over twice the price of of your literal first listed requirement lol. Not to mention they are always sold out here in the US so are probably even harder and more expensive to get over there. Your list is ridiculous though, you want thin stock but also want to batton with it? Good luck with your search.

Check out Manly knives.
The Peak One is pretty good, if you can find it with S90V, which i have not yet. Still a bit heavy. More focused on slicing.
Spyderco stretch 2
The Stretch 2 XL has good length/weight but i think the steel is not good for the price. Also Pocket clip looks not deep at all.

There are large dealers in europe, Lamnia, Knivestools, Euroknife, Knifestock, etc. They just do not have the range and as good price as USA dealers.
My list is big yes, but there are knives that check the most boxes. I already have two which will probably satisfy me (Iridium and Perix).

And i have two more to add as potentials:

Benchmade 531: if i can get it with decent price , and buy a deep pocket clip for it.

CS Broken Skull: Childish branding aside, this looks like a very decent knife. I would not prefer backlocks, but still the length of the edge you are getting for the weight is compelling. And of course TriAd means its fearless. The clip is the weakest point.
What is this forum view on Broken Skull??

Outstanding knife with a truly unfortunate name. At 3 oz with a hair over 4 inches of blade and a Tri-Ad lock, they are very good pocketknives to carry. They used to be very inexpensive, unfortunately prices have gone up. Bought 3 back when they were $50 and came with XHP steel. One of Cold Steel’s best folding designs, and one of their worst product names.

A Buck 110 Smoke Jumper seems like a good fit for you, if you can track one down. SK Blades sold em. They’re CPM-154, US-made, lightweight, durable, they have a good amount of straight edge, they’re relatively affordable (way under your price cap) and the blade is 3.75” long, which fits your criteria.

The more criteria you put on, the harder it is to find and potentially more expensive. The "D2 or better quality/value" alone would basically wipe anything bellow 100 Euro.

My card is the Lion Steel Big Opera.
