Are you keeping it as a user or just to keep? If I was keeping one as a user, it would be the yellow handled one. If I were to keep it as a collecter I would keep the wood handled one 'cuz it's prettier.
 
I was going to say yellow,but I took another look and the wood handled knife is a beauty.
 
I would pick yellow. That particular wood fails to impress me somehow.

That could be because of the photo quality and setting of course. It is difficult to judge.
 
its ivory micarta vs curly birch. Im going to beat the heck out of it here in Oregon. I know what yall are thinking but im not worried about the micarta vs wood durability because bark river has lifetime guarantee. The ivory is classic and that curly birch pattern is very unique. Sorry I didnt set up a photoshoot Poez. This is a hard decision
 
Wood in general looks better than plastic, and that example of curly birch is exceptional.
