Help me choose!

A local knife shop has a few stockmans I like and I can't choose. I already have Case and a Bulldog anniversary. What I am looking at are a Hen & Rooster and a Puma With brown jigged bone. Both have the scales I want and I don't care about steel type. I am really leaning toward the Puma because I like the looks better and it is way over built. The fit and finish looks great on both, and the prices are similar. I am afraid to go with the Puma because of all the bad comments I have seen about them. Have Puma come back to the acceptable arena or not? Any comments would help!

Ultimately the choice is yours alone. That said, I own one Puma (a stockman) and the walk and talk, edge holding leaves something to be desired. Beautiful, perfectly fitted Olive wood handle but I don't see me buying another any time soon.

My personal opinion is that, if you have handled the knives and prefer one over the other, then go for it.

Ok I made up my mind and got a Caes T.B. sowbelly stockman in autumn bone. Go figure I bought something else entirely. Oh well when in doubt buy Case.

Yea, but you went with a winner!. Those are hard to beat and they are just gorgeous.

Perhaps you could share a picture of it here.

Here ya go!
