Help me date this Randall please

This is what I know.,
#1- Randall Model 1 W/8" blade
#2- Johnson rough back sheath
#3- Reddish colored stone
#4- Red/white/blue/white/red spacers (from hilt)
#5- 23 leather washers
#6- Red/white/blue spacers (to cap)
#7- Aluminum or stainless cap
Never sharpened/appears as new with misc. handling scuffs

Mid to late 1980's - roughly '85 to '88

All thin spacers = post 1984
Loose stitch Johnson Roughback sheath (for this model) = pre 1989
