Help me decide on my next knife

So I'm about to purchase a new knife and can't decide between 2. Looking at a Recon 1 in CTS-XHP or a CRKT Swindle. Very different knives I know. I don't have a specific need for a knife and I'll end up getting them both eventually, but can't decide which to get first, so I'd appreciate your opinion and any experience you have with either knife. And don't say get them both now. Thats not an option currently.
 
Normally, I'd say get the one for the tasks you do most often.

But, if you have no "specific need", what difference does it make which you get first?
 
Out of the two I'd get the Recon. But I'd heard good things about the Swindle as well.

If you're going to get both anyway...just flip a coin about which one you're getting first.
