Help me find a custom turkey carving set

Hi,

I'm trying to find a custom (engraved, if not custom made) turkey carving set in a presentation box. I'm also looking to spend under $300. It's going to be a wedding present. Does such a thing exist? Does anyone know where to find a good one?

There are people who will laser engrave or electro-chemical etch your knife !
 
Is etching a smart thing to do with a Shun? Do you know anyone that could do that or what it would cost (roughly)?
