I've looked at a bunch of Kershaws, can't find the right one. Here's what I'm looking for:
No assist, coating, recurve or serrations
Around 3.5 inch blade, 440c, 8CrMov or better
G10 would be nice, must be able to go tip-up
Any ideas?

Kershaw Speedform II would be my choice.

Overall Length: 7.375"
Blade: 3.25"
Blade Steel: ELMAX®, satin finish
Closed Length: 4.125"
Handle: Black G-10, 3-D machined
Weight: 3.2 oz.

Tip up or down carry.

Skyline, zing, ram, chill, are a couple. They might be a touch short on the blade length though.

Love the steel, just not the shape.....

Tough choice since there are a lot to choose from. I own several Kershaws / ZT's (as in more than 7) but nothing compared to some on here. Of those I own the Skyline goes more places with me than any of them. It's the "near" Perfect EDC IMO! Good luck in your search.

+1 on the Skyline (or the Nerve if you're willing to go with 8Cr13MoV for blade steel). If non-assisted weren't in the criteria, I'd highly recommend the Knockout. I can't manage to leave that one at home even when I want to carry something different.

^^ Yeah, this ^^

I carry one of these regularly and love it.
