Help me find some things

I have decided I would like to order a Fallkniven F-1 and a swedish fire steel. However I am having trouble finding both in one place to save on shipping.

So where I can I find both of these treasures?
 
I just picked up a Swedish fire steel at a local camping/hiking gear store (the one by Light My Fire). I also modified a $2 dollar Coleman lantern igniter into a small fire starter (I got the idea from a post in this forum). It is an L-shaped brass tube about 2.5 inches long that strikes a Zippo flint with a knurled wheel. It throws off hot sparks almost as well as a firesteel.

Any penny-tech ideas for adding a firesteel holder to a sheath?
 
I just noticed at DLT Trading that Bark River is selling firesteels that match their knives. Maybe I should get one in green canvas micarta to match my Mini Canadian in case the fashion police stop me in the woods . . .

Should I get the kershaw fire steel or the Lewis international scout fire steel? Or does it not matter?

The Kershaw firesteel is the scout model, made by *Light my fire* and sold under the Kershaw banner.
