Help me find this!

I am a little new here(ok, really new) but I am a vet over at Multitool.org as Mercury, and I used to hang on EDCF as Gadgetguy35. I need help finding what I swear up and down is a retired CRKT model that is very similar to their current K.I.S.S. knife, except it had no pocket clip, it was a wharncliffe(i think), it had a carabiner like clip, and it had a black blade guard running across it diagonally. I loved this knife and I want to buy another. Any help is appreciated!

Nope, it's not any of those. Maybe it wasn't a CRKT...

I don't know, but it was a sweet knife. Really thin, and about the size of the K.I.S.S.

It looked a lot like this, but with a straight blade:

Almost sounds like a Baladeo. Their modern pocket knives (starting with model ECO131) have a similar design to the K.I.S.S. and are all in the ultralight class: 15g (0.5oz), 22g (0.77oz), 34g (1.2oz). The Baladeo ECO086 is a carabiner style knife...
