Hey guys I own a lot of knives in ZDP-189 and I am looking for a stropping compound that will cut faster but leave a similar finish to the .5 micron chromium oxide that i use now. I have been looking at diamond compounds and figure they are probably the way to go but I cant find a good source that has tightly graded compounds just like 0-1 micron instead of something a little more concrete. any help finding this would be greatly appreciated.
 
hmmmm thanks but thats not exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for one of those pre made compounds that I could put directly onto something without mixing with something else.

Which is nowhere to be found (directly) on the page you linked. The page you linked was just the diamond powders themselves (in little jars, no less.)
 
I've personally only used the powdered diamond. The pre-mixed compounds are getting harder to find, (probably due to high cost). Alpha might still have some, or maybe you could call a manufacturer like crystalite directly.
