Hey Bladeforums help me identify a knife. I went into my local utility/knife store and handled what I thought was a benchmade 484 nakamura (black g10 with blue accents). M390 steel clearly marked on blade but I couldn't find the model number on there (unlike my 810 contego, unless i completely gleaned over it). Price at the store is $149 bucks, they overprice ALL the time. I go home and find out that the nakamura is retailing at higher than my local utility/knife store.
I'm starting to think that it wasn't a nakamura. Pretty stout and beefy little knife, had great snap/deployment. From what I remember, the knife I handled had more of a clip point. I think it might have been a Volli but I don't know. Anyone have any ideas?
