Help me ID these knives

Who makes these blades? I saw a picture of them on Glocktalk and now I must have one or both depending on price. I asked the poster but I am impatient. "Squished skull knife logo" has produced no results so I defer to experience of the forum to guide me.

Empathy folder and 4101(Persian). Any idea what they run? They are gorgeous but I have a knife budget to some degree and the old adage about having to ask and not being able to afford it is coming to mind.
