Help Me ID This Blade

Can you guys please tell me what knife this is and where to get it?
Does it come with some type of belt clip type Kydex sheath?

That is an HAK or hideaway knife, tigerclaw model... i have one in s30v all blacked out, took awhile to get it but i like it so far
