Looks to be a custom Tanto....knife and sheath are marked Archangel. Blade is marked USA. No idea who makes it. No company named Archangel as far as I can find online....any info????

I've looked at this quite a few times since you originally posted....can't find anything either. Been interested to see who else tried.

Might I ask where you got it?

When I clicked on the images, my first thoughts were that you stole those knives, swords, and gun equipment in your ImageShack album. No offense. Just a gut feeling.

The smashed Al Mar box was the main thing. Like you threw it in a bag with all the other stuff. Maybe I've been watching too much CSI.

checkout glocktalk.com there is a knife maker who frequents the knife section with the handle archangel.

Or the guy does buying, selling, trading and got a 'lot' of blades.

That is a strange comment. You might be right about watching TV shows: should not allow it to influence your perception of the reality.

That too. Or it could be what I'd assume would be called a "good haul".

I didn't realize how many people have had entire collections stolen from them until I joined bladeforums, and I've only been here less than 2 months!

Bingo. I sell (more than I buy) for a guy who buys more than just knives and gun stuff throught the US. He realy doesn't have a background at all for weapons related items and I am his guy in that area.

That must be a fun job getting to handle all those weapons. Keep us posted on that Archangel knife, that thing is pretty damn cool.

So anyone else have ANY idea...weeks of internet research and nothing. This can't be the only one made can it? Looks to be good quality....on par with a Tops Knife.

Could you take the scales off and see if there's anything marked under them?
