But knives like that were cheap and mass-produced and the manufacturer might not have cared enough to mark it with a brand stamp. They were basically pocket trinkets in the shape of knives that cost very little. I'll bet that knife (and many just like it) originally hung from a little cardboard display by a beaded keychain on the counter of a hardware store or gas station.
I also inherited a small collection of such knives. Wish I still had them but I destroyed most of them as a kid, also sold one.
