Help me identify this Kershaw

Please help me identify this knife it was left to me by my great uncle it was his favorite skinner and I would love to know more information on it any information would be greatly appreciated

It's a "Li'l Skinner." Made in the 1980s. The blade is AUS8 and the inlay is Rosewood.
