Help me identify this knife?

I got this knife in a trade, can't find it in the catalog and would like to get an idea of $ value.
It is a SPyderco Michael Walker. Mirror finish, "swiss made" on the blade, serial numbered, carbon fiber handle with cool pattern, blue (titanium?) liner.
What have I got here and what would the value be. Appreciate any and all help.

The knife is a cheap copy and should be disposed of immediately - I'll give you $20 for it

What you have here, my lucky fellow, is the esteemed C22, which was (and still is) available for the princely sum of $432!!!
