My friend recently bought this TGULB Brigade, we're not so sure whether this is an authentic piece or not.
The knife weight 15.65OZ or 440g, blade measures close to the official specs.
Knife itself comes with black g10 handle as well as Competition Finish.
Any help is welcome. Thanks to you all.

Looks odd to me. The Busse lettering is too big. And the flats seem polished.

Edit: I was actually comparing it to a different Team Gemini I had a picture of. But it still looks kinda odd to me in those two respects I mentioned above.

Of course it's not because he has a great deal but the weight seems a bit off. One pound for this thing? I don't know.
Read post #1... 11.8 ounces without the handle.

Seeing all those gremlins in the finish is a sign of Infi to me. Do counterfeits even try and replicate that?

The logo looks good to me.

The Logo on the TGULB's is a bit larger than they have been

I stick with my looks legit to me.

I just picked up another TGULB last week and the logo looked large but when compared to one I got a few months ago they are the same.

One other thing is the machining marks in the G-10.

I have seen a lot of Busse g-10 and the pictures he has it looks like typical Busse G-10

Not an expert here, and the G-10 handle machining look great.

But what my OCD is hung up on is the logo and the fuller. All my BUSSE logos are well centered and his is not (biased towards the left). The logo font also looks one size too big. In addition, my fullers get weirdly close to the logo as seen in the other provided pics, but the OP’s don’t come down nearly as close.

Thoughts?

This gentleman here bought two, one comes the same logo issue.

Wow… ok, his looks just like the OP’s. I guess there is more logo variation than I expected.

Didn’t they have a laser go down and got a newer one in the past 24 months. The was one Ganza that did f have logos IIRC

Logo's not centered. On this alone, I'd contact Busse for verification.
ETA- On closer inspection, it may be centered 🤔, & the angle of image just might be messing with my eyes. But, Busse would surely be willing to examine it if you are still unsure.

Here are some photos of my TGULB from when they first released. Also my TGLB. Both with canvas micarta. The weight of your TGULB with g10 seams about right. I don’t think you have a fake. I do believe you are experiencing some QC issues. I have owned a few of these TGULB and one in particular was pretty inconsistent compared to the first one I received.

Compare the logo and fuller of the green canvas TGULB to the TGULB in the OP. Very noticeable inconsistency. QC issues.
