Ok, I just handled the Chris Reeve Green Beret and I have to have it. The problem is I just dropped a load of cash on a Classic Micarta Sebenza which I love and I don't really have much use for a gigantic fixed blade. I don't backpack or camp much and there's few tasks I need a fixed for, but damn I want it!

The cool think is I have a hookup and can get it at cost (like 40% off) so that takes the sting out a bit, but it's still a hunk of change. Help me Bladeforums, you're our only hope!

Get it!!!! Just get it!!! Every knife collector NEEDS to have one of those!!! And with 40% off, you really HAVE to get it!!! When is a deal like THAT going to come along!!

OH! I'm GOOD at this game... :D

10. 40% off is a bargain you can't pass up.
9. You can always sell it later if you need the $$.
8. If you buy it NOW, there's still time to save for Christmas.
7. It'll last your lifetime.
6. It'll be a great way to celebrate [insert something here]!
5. Now, with your Sebenza you'll have a "set".
4. What if the doodoo hits the fan and you NEED a fixed blade?
3. It'll be the LAST knife you buy until you pay off [insert something here].
2. It'll be the LAST knife you buy until 2006.
1.You actually SAVED money buy not buying that OTHER thing you wanted that one time, or maybe you DID buy it but it cost you less than you thought it was going to cost and then there was that time you were going to go out to eat but didn't and you're not spending as much on hookers now-a-days and alcohol is costing you a lot less and can't you work some more hours anyway...

I TOLD you I was good at this game. :D

.

It's a knife. Of course you need it.

Seriously, at 40% off you should be running out to get it now! If you regret it you can always sell it and, at the very least, get your money back.

Because you don't have one yet. Always works for me. And then it's pasta and salad for a month.

It's a beauty all right. Get it, love it, fondle it. It's a really great design. I say go for it. You know you're going to do it anyway. If you don't you'll have awfully dreams where you're about get taken advantage of by big ugly bikers, and you'll wake up in a sweaty chill wondering why you didn't buy it in the first place. (I must be reading too many of Ren's posts lately)

Buy it. Work as much overtime as you can to pay it off if you put it on a credit card. If you have enough savings to buy it cash up front, then just work more overtime until you recoup the amount you spent in your savings account.

40% is half price (fuzzy math), and it's an early Christmas present from all of us. You won't get anything else at Christmas because this is too good to pass up ;)

Resistance is futile!!

You can not resist!!

Why is it not in your possesion yet?!
