The Evans/Folts Hawkbill and the Palm a Hawk that you listed are the same knife. You can contact Scott Evans of Edge Works Manufacturing at edgeworks@tacticalholsters.com for more information.
The Ghengis is also a Scott Evans design.

I want to see that Biohazard as well. All of the pictures seem to have been removed...
