Help me name and date this SAK please

Picked up this guy for $3 yesterday. I'm relatively new to SAK's but this guy was cute and it needed a home.

The logo appears to be 1994-2007
The scissor design appears to be 1991-2007

I'm a bit confused what actual model this is, is it a rambler, manager, or a minichamp.

So the tool list begins
- Larger knife
-Smaller knife
-Scissors
-Cuticle pusher
-Orange peeler
-Ruler with flat head screw driver
-Nail file
-Tooth pick
-Tweezers
-Key ring

Looks close to a minichamp, but missing the Phillips/caplifter and pen. Maybe Sakwiki could help sort it out.

Thanks guys, looks like maybe the original Minichamp that was released. It was 1 layer thinner than the current Minichamp. So I'm going with that. I appreciate the replies
