And that thing on the back is called a Tek-lock. I think most knife supply websites carry them.
And the silver duct-tape can be had at any hardware store.

You want the sheath. That is a custom Buse sheath with Tecklock. When you order any Busse blade, you get one of those sheaths. Quality of those Busse sheaths has drifted considerably though.:thumbdn:
