I've EDC'd all of those, with most of those spending years in the pocket. I would review and rank them as such:
1. Journeyman - Probably the best general purpose knife of the bunch. Carried for 3+ years in a warehouse type environment. Also desirable since as other people mentioned already that it is discontinued. (A spearpoint Sheepdog replaced this in my EDC rotation)
2. Commander - Great cutting knife, big to pocket though. I would probably get one of these with serrations if I ever get another one. Classic Emerson handle ergos but also very easy to find another since it probably wont go out of production for as long as Emerson exists.. Never made it to my work rotation but I like using this around the house or camping.
3. Sheepdog with Bowie blade - Fun to play with due to the flipper, bearings, and ambi pocket clip mounts. If you're looking for a really pointy tip, this one will work well. Carried 2+ years and rotated out for the spearpoint version.
4. CQC-7 - I never had a CQC-7V version, but I did carry a regular chisel grind for 5+ years. It was my first Emerson and also second knife I ever bought back in 1999. Great knife and a classic like the commander, but also easy to find used for a good price.
Pics to make it easier or harder to decide

The CQC7 pictured is the flipper version with a bonus mini commander and spearpoint Sheepdog.
