Im upgradeing my school pack. I got a MR sweetpea a little while ago but it proved a little too big for the daily grind (luckily its one of the best day packs ive ever experienced so money well spent).
SO the bag needs to fit:
Laptop
Textbooks
Pens
Notebook
Calculator
Powercables
Protein bars
Chaker cup
Gym clothes
Towel
Deoderant
Sparring gloves
Vibram five fingers/flip flops (whichever arent on my feet)
Nalgene bottle
enough room for nicnacs
My three contenders right now are the MR street fighter, arcteryx blade 24/30, and the TT urban operator pack.
Each pack has a distinct advantage for me.
Right now im kinda leaning towards the tactical tailor because it has those bungees on the outside that would allow me to put my smelly/dirty five fingers on the outside instead of cramming them in with my clothes and books and food. Being the cheapest doesnt hurt either.
the MR is a good candidate because it has two cup holders so shaker bottle in one and water in the other. The other great advantage is the futura system, so I can run jump and be active while wearing the pack.
The arcteryx blade would be my first arcteryx pack, and its definatley the coolest looking.
Im really good with Tactical and outdoors packs but these urban city dweller things are really different.
I dont want maxpedition, Tadgear, or anything that isnt synthetic.
Anybody got any suggestions or pointers?
Is there anything I missed?
