Well, I've recently inherited a knife made from A2, and the blade is in some serious need of work. There are black areas all over the blade, and in some places its black and splotchy while other areas are more a red and purple color. What I need to know is what is the best way to restore the blade without damaging it? I haven't really tried anything yet, but I thought I'd ask for suggestions here. Thanks!
